1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to tulingcreativehub.com and general use of services offered by Kinetixbase Lab Technologies through the Tuling Creative Hub brand (“Tuling”, “we”, “us”). Use of the platform by paying customers is also governed by a separate order form, master services agreement, or subscription agreement (“Customer Agreement”) which prevails if it conflicts with these Terms.
2. Website use
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to:
- Attempt unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data
- Scrape, probe, or overload the site in ways that impair service
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting forms
- Copy marketing content for competing products without permission
Content on this site is for general information — not legal, tax, or compliance advice specific to your institution.
3. Platform access
Access to the Tuling institution platform requires a valid Customer Agreement. Institutions are responsible for user accounts they provision, role assignments, and activity under their tenant. We may suspend access for non-payment, security incidents, or material breach after notice where practicable.
4. Intellectual property
Tuling software, documentation, branding, and website content are owned by Kinetixbase Lab Technologies or its licensors. Customer Agreement terms define ownership of institution data and any custom deliverables. You retain ownership of data you upload; we receive a licence to host and process it to provide the service.
5. Professional services
Implementation, marketing, managed HR, and advisory services are scoped in separate statements of work. Timelines depend on mutual cooperation — see our Implementation page for typical delivery phases.
6. Availability and support
We target high availability for production tenants and provide support channels defined in your Customer Agreement. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party networks, integrations, or force majeure events.
7. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information shared during evaluation and delivery. Public information, independently developed knowledge, and data already lawfully known are excluded.
8. Warranties and disclaimer
The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties on the marketing site. Platform warranties, if any, are stated in the Customer Agreement. Institutions remain responsible for statutory compliance decisions and data accuracy they enter into the system.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kinetixbase Lab Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use. Liability caps and exclusions for platform customers are set in the Customer Agreement.
10. Cookies and analytics
When you visit tulingcreativehub.com we may store:
- Essential cookies — required for security and basic functionality (always active)
- Preference cookies — remember choices such as cookie consent (stored locally)
- Analytics cookies — help us understand aggregate traffic patterns (only with your consent)

11. Third-party links and integrations
Our site links to third-party services (e.g. payment, messaging, Tally, Power BI). Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use those services. Integrations configured in your tenant are your institution's responsibility to authorise.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any different venue specified in a Customer Agreement.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued website use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes to platform terms require notice under your Customer Agreement.
