Usage

  • Include a deep link so the assignee opens the exact Tuling screen

  • ERP stays the system of record — Slack is notification only
  • Webhook URL stored server-side; never exposed in the browser
  • No second “chat ERP” — staff decide and act in Tuling

How it works

  1. Campus IT creates a Slack Incoming Webhook for a private ops channel.
  2. Tuling stores the webhook in secure server configuration.
  3. When a desk event fires, the backend posts a short structured message with a deep link.

Usage

  • Fee due and payment-related template notifications

  • ERP remains source of truth for balances and status

How it works

  1. MSG91 WhatsApp Business account is linked to the tenant.
  2. Templates are approved, then selected with variables on lifecycle events.
  3. Delivery runs through MSG91; Tuling logs status for support follow-up.

Best for: Parents, staff OTP, admissions follow-ups
