Add a presiding officer, internal members and an external member from an NGO or a legal expert, edit them, or vacate a seat.
A requirement check

The roster shows whether the majority-women requirement is met as you add members.
Cases and annual report

Log and work POSH cases, and produce the annual report.
A compliance checklist

The pack lists what your headcount obliges you to set up, such as a grievance committee from 20 workers, a works committee from 100 and a crèche from 50.
