About this module
Uniform issue is a small job that becomes a big one in joining week — hundreds of measurements, partial stock and alterations. This desk keeps every garment accounted for so nobody is handed the same item twice or forgotten.

Measurements
Record each student's measurements with a unique measurement slip number and date, and see at a glance who is still pending.

Standard sets and defaults
Issue a standard set using your default counts — for example coat 1, trouser 2, shirt 2, tie 1 — and adjust per student.

Owed garments
When the stock is short, the garment is recorded as owed and handed over later. A handover cannot be dated before the issue it belongs to, and an owed garment cannot be handed over twice.

Alteration rounds
Send garments back for alteration, record their receipt, edit a round, or cancel one entered by mistake.

Pick-lists and rules
Maintain garment, size and neck lists, and set the uniform rules and defaults in Setup, with a way back to the standard.

Excel in and out
Import measurements and issues from Excel with a row-by-row check before saving, and export the lists.

Student-wise view
Tick students on a list or search and act on them together; the student card shows what has been issued, owed and returned for alteration.
