Tuling HCM’s workforce analytics is a real, configurable report builder — pick fields, apply filters, export or schedule delivery — starting with leave usage/KPI reporting and payroll reconciliation, with the underlying framework built to extend to more report categories over time.

Reports are built from a field catalog — choose which columns matter, apply filters (date range, campus, department, leave type, and more), and get a report shaped for the question you're actually asking, not a fixed dashboard.

Leave Usage & KPI Reports
Leave usage by employee (with dynamic leave-type columns and comparison against scope average), and a leave KPI summary — total requests, pending at each approval level, approved, rejected — out of the box.

Payroll Reconciliation
A dedicated payroll reconciliation report and service, so finance can verify payroll output against expected figures without a manual cross-check in a spreadsheet.

Scheduled Report Delivery
Reports can be scheduled for recurring delivery, not just run on demand — a report that matters every month doesn't need to be manually re-run every month.
