About this module
Recruitment is the one HCM module we’d rather undersell than oversell. The foundation — requisitions, a public careers page, a real multi-stage pipeline, interview tracking, and automatic hire-to-onboarding handoff — is genuinely built and working. But offer letter generation, requisition approvals, and recruiting analytics aren’t there yet. If your evaluation depends on any of those, ask us directly rather than assuming from the feature list.
