Semester-wise dues search
Search students by dues across semesters and years, with a multi-select filter to narrow the list.

Save the filter you run every month and reopen it in one click.

Late fee kept separate
Late fee is computed from the due date and shown on its own line, so the principal due and the late fee are never mixed in one number.

Due-date extensions
The registrar can move a due date, which stops the late fee from running. Accounts sees an "Extended by Registrar" tag and cannot change it.

Security deposit tab
On a student's fee profile, see the deposit held, and record a refund or a forfeit with payment mode, reference and a reason.

Held-amount guard
A refund or forfeit can never be more than what is held after earlier movements, and a movement can be cancelled with a trail.

Student fee records and payment schedules print to PDF and export to Excel.
